!!!! 2024 Update: All Rise does it again - At the age of 31 months KCF All Rise wins the Walking Fleece Color Champion at the 2024 Spring Buckeye! REALLY, 31 Months!! Tacks on the Reserve Color Championship at Halter as well!! And he is out of a fawn and a brown..... doesn't take a coat color test to figure out what this boy is going to be capable of....
This boy is the real deal and is going to get some serious work come June....
!!!! 2023 Update: KCF All Rise wins Color Champion and Judge's Choice Male at the 2023 Heart of Virginia show in Lexington, VA!!!!
Last summer while I was occupied with the fulfillment of my civic duty for 8 days, I had the great pleasure to stand up about 100 times to the Bailiff's request that we "All Rise" for the presiding judge. During this same timeframe, one of our stud females, KCF Isla Saona, happened to have her repeat Snowmass Best in Velvet cria, and thus the name was chosen....
KCF All Rise is indeed going to command some attention down the road and will likely be highly respected in his field. Although his older full brother (KCF Crushed Velvet) is dark fawn, and we don't really breed for light, it's hard to be disappointed with a boy having the phenotype, genetics, and fleece qualities of KCF All Rise. His accolades on the show circuit over the past year indicate that judges agree, All Rise has the goods. Special fleece awards, advanced fleece recognition, and multiple color championship all are evidence in this case. And did we mention the Judge's Choice male in Virginia....?
We have to say, All Rise's fleece is just spectacular. FINE, UNIFORM THROUGHOUT, AND INCREDIBLY DENSE. And given the high probability that he will cover color, we feel KCF All Rise will come in very handy in just about any breeding program - including yours.
All Rise's frame is filling out nicely and he makes the perfect box in profile. Broad chested and fence post front legs, check. Teeth and jaw set, check. Perfect ear set and shape, check. Coverage to the toes and tips, check. A pair to get the job done, check.
We just don't have enough unrelated girls to keep a boy like this appropriately busy so we are willing to sell at least part interest in this incredible male. Color typing is underway, but with his background, we feel certain this multiple champion boy will cover a broad range of colors for us, and you....
