Huacaya Alpacas Sold

Although just a few months old, we can already tell this is going to be a serious repeat of the CoCo - Dominion cross that resulted in her champion brother. Expect to hear much more about this one in the coming year.... And in her first show, Cosmo comes in 2nd in a large class at the 2024 Buckeye Halter Show. Not bad for the youngster!! So, Cosmo has developed nicely into a beautiful feminine yearling girl. She is going to be a tall and large framed girl, but in perfect proportion - more to love!! All the judges are loving her yearling look and fleece! The comments at the fall 2024 Showtacular in Syracuse were humbling to be sure. It just keeps getting better for this girl! KCF Idalia is a new girls from the 2023 cria crop that is in the process of being weaned and getting ready for her show career. And it should be a good one. She has very similar attributes of those before her in both the Isis and Dominion bloodlines.... and that is a good thing. More to come as this young lady developes. Looks like she is going to be on the show string of Angel Fleece Alpacas in the fall.... Congrats and a big Thank You to Michele and Ron!!

April 24, 2020 Kendall Creek Farms is committed to bringing new bloodlines and alpacas of extreme quality into our program on an ongoing basis. This assures genetic diversity and consistent quality improvements year over year. We have the world class program that we have today, partially due to the fact the we have purchased at least one breeding alpaca to enhance our herd every year for the last 20 years in a row. To this end, we have here a recent female acquisition, Amber Autumn Nia's Sparkle. She is a beautiful light fawn Color Champion that we are so pleased that she has joined our herd. From the Amber Autumn auction booklet: Sparkle is a very nice genetic fusion of Eclipse Alyst crossed over a Principio daughter. Exhibits all the traits one looks for in a future production dam. Bright eyed, correct phenotype, perfect bite, very fine HF fleece with exceptional brightness, nice alignment, soft hand, nice staple length. Eclipse had exceptional staple with fineness maintained until he passed. Principio is incredibly dense and his histogram at eight years of age is as follows: 18.1, 3.6, 18.3, 1.5%>30. In her first two shows she won two blues and a color championship. We felt that at 16.1 micron and with her exceptional pedigree she was certainly worthy to be in our auction. Additionally, Sparkle is in the Top 10% of EPD's in the National Registry. And now let's talk a little about her production record. Sparkle came to us bred to Mr. Sizzlin' Rose and she gave us a true black girl that is a color champion. Then she gave us a medium fawn female out of our CCNF Dominion. Also a champion, and a girl that when bred to rose gray, produced an incredible silver gray boy....Hummmm. Next for Sparkle was a beautiful black girl out of our Phenom Noir that unfortunately passed a few days after birth due to sepsis - OUCH!! Then in 2024, Sparkle threw a bay black boy that is looking good, and then in 2025 we get a dark silver gray girl. Needless to say Sparkle is an absolute color throwing, show string making MACHINE!! She is currently brad to Dominion again for another stunner in 2026. She is a robust dam with a lot of gas left in the tank. As you can see, we have her covered every which-a-way, so she can now go to work for you! Sparkle is currently for sale as a 3 - N - 1 package being confirmed pregnant, and with female cria by side. However, when Snazzy is weaned this winter, she will be stand alone, and Sparkle will sell as a bred female.

KCF Bayberry is a large framed girl with a fleece to match - LARGE! She has beautiful fleece structure from skin to tip, and her density is just off the chart. She is the third iteration of this particular breeding combination between our 17 time champion KCF Isidoro, and MFI Bold Weapon. And for good reason, the previous two were hits as well, having produced several championships during the first two rounds. Bayberry has fantastic staple length and formation, and a very respectable uniformity for this color class. I would also venture a guess that she will have a 8+ pound main blanket at her '22 shearing. Bayberry will be a girl that we feel will cover the full spectrum of dark offspring as a production female. One of her full brothers was true black and the other beige, but with her black tips, we think she will stay to the dark side when bred to most any color. After the truncated 2021 covid show season, Bayberry was bred to 15 time champ and 4 time JC winner CCNF Dominion for a 2022 cria that was highly anticipated. Dominion and Bayberry's dam, Bold Weapon, dropped an absolute bomb of a brown boy in August, and with Isidoro's lineage in the mix, we are expecting nothing short of amazing. And here we have it - Bayberry now has a dark fawn bouncing baby boy by side that looks to be a future force. He is KCF Brody, and he is looking good as a young tike, and he has all the Dominion goods behind him!! As for Bayberry's next date, we are thinking KCF Phenom Noir, our stellar jet black stud. This should make an attractive package for sure!! Phenom, the 8 time RC/CC true black Diamonte' son, closed out his show career with the double CC at MAPACA halter shows and was able to immediately start his next chapter as a breeding male before the age of 3. We loaded up his dance card here at KCF and we can't wait to see the results in 2023!! Bayberry will come with her ultrasound confirmed pregnancy. We still have her mother and a sister at KCF, and all three are for sale. However, after the first 2 sell, we will be retaining the other for our breeding program. Who remains at KCF is the public's choice - that's how proud and confident we are in this line. They are all fantastic breeding females!!

Well, we've waited quite a while for a black female out of Tres, but it was worth the wait for sure. This little chiquita is the cutest little thing, but don't be fooled, she is packing a punch with this fleece of hers. Man, is it fine and bright and structured and dense and...., well I think you get it; really nice. First outing for Silhouette showed that we were not the only ones that think she is a hit. Silhouette placed first and Reserve Color Champion at the Empire halter show under Anderson. We are in love with this little one and can't wait to see her in action again!! Now bred to KCF Phenom Noir for a 2026 Rock Star....

Well, we got a white one out of this pairing this time.... but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing. Number 1 - it's a girl! Number 2 - she is a perfectly conformed and robust girl. Number 3 - her fleece is rockin'. And.... Number 4 - we are thinking that her coat color test is going to be very favorable to the dark side. Number 5 - she is bred to CCNF Dominion for a 2024 cria!! She's got the genes, and we've got a boy here on the farm to just about assure she's going to produce a showstopper in living color - Bred to CCNF Dominion for a 2024 keeper! When we purchased Snowmass Royalove from the Alpaca Palace dispersal, we knew that she had a few more good ones left in her. After a year of rest and relaxation here at KCF, we put her to work with CCNF Dominion as planned. And right on que, out comes this beautiful girl we shall call Razzle Dazzle. And she certainly is all that!! The perfect mix of the Snowmass and CCNF lines blessed us with the conformation, fleece, and presence that we expected. She is hitting the show string for just a little while and will her career as a foundation female for us (or you....??) in the spring of 2025. She has been a 'guaranteed' ribbon winner on the show string for us and really only kept a place away from several additional banners by having CCNF end up just to her right in the line. Oh well, a decent place to be if you have to scoot over (damn it).... Razzle has good fineness and a very uniform fleece in both micron and color. She also has excellent staple length and with those black tips, we feel she will take a gray or black breeding to the next level. Razzle is scheduled for a date with KCF Phenom Noir as soon as he gets back from his winter quarters at Outstanding Dreams Alpacas in Maryland; but certainly a buyer may choose a different plans, as she comes with a breeding to any unrestricted herd sire at KCF. Having taken this little gem out to her first shows in the spring of 2025, we'd say that our first impressions of this young lady were spot on - she is special. With a RC and a CC by the age of 10 months, we just have to sit back and watch her go. Diamond's accolades continued in the fall of 2025 with two Reserve Championships at the Showtacular in Syracuse. Both Jude and Stephanie were very pleased with her density relative to fineness, and of course her perfect straight, square, and beefy phenotype. All the attributes of a stud female. And all of this is no wonder, what with CCNF Dominion on the top side and Majestic's Brooklyn on bottom. Dominion likely needs no introduction in the alpaca world. with his 15 banners and 5 Judge's Choice awards, he has been in the spotlight quite a bit. Brooklyn, with just her 3 Reserve Championships on the other hand is a bit of a sleeper. We LOVED this girl the moment we saw her in the showring and made the deal between her two banners that weekend. She has been the perfect fit for our CCNF Dominion and I don't see us breeding her to another male in the near future. This give the offspring just the right touch of inbreeding to have those desirable traits and make certain that Diamond will pass them for her entire breeding career. In the famous words of The Commodores: She's a Brick....... House! This girl is the consumate stud female. KCF Evening Primrose just looks like a male, is built like a male, and somewhat unfortunately, acts like one sometimes. She didn't show well in the ring because she absolutely, positively, does not want to show her teeth. Never seen anything quite like it, but she will not allow it without a tussle. We believe in full disclosure; let's just say it didn't go well.... and we are of course working on that for the spring season of 2026. The teeth are perfect, she's just a butt head about that one thing. So, none of that takes away from her stunningly strong conformation and dense, high frequency fleece. She is going to be a great production female and has the genetics to absolutely stamp her attributes on her offspring. Prim's dam is the rock of our gray breeding program and has produced awesome cria at every turn. For her maiden breeding we are going with KCF Phenom Noir to darken her to the next level. But next in line will be our up and coming gray boy to tap into her mother's lines!!

THIS BOY IS CERTAIN SHINE A LIGHT ON YOUR ALREADY FANTASTIC BREEDING PROGRAM!! PLEASE CONTACT PHIL FOR MAKING BREEDING APPOINTMENTS TO THIS MULTIPLE CHAMPION MALE! An up and comer boy at the ranch these days, is our KCF Moonshine. This was the maiden voyage for our recently designated herdsire, KCF Mad Max. And young Moonshine has proven that it will not be the last for Mad Max; Good Job!! The judges are backing us up on this one. The Fawn Male Color Champion at PAOBA 2022 was the latest accolade, where the judge reiterated the sentiments of the judge at NEAOBA - one of the softest handling and most uniform fleeces they have felt in a long time. We will take that and run with it! It truly is just as they say. Even though Moonshine has the classic vicuna pattern going that many gray wannbe's exhibit, his fleece remains very consistent from front to back and top to bottom. And the handle is remarkable and lets you know in a hurry that his CV is very low. Ask for a fleece sample, no gooner's there.... We are in the process of testing Moonshine for his color propensity, but with his gray sire and grandsire, we are feeling pretty good about the possibilities for Moonshine to through just about any color your program desires. Although currently unproven, Moonshine will see some action this spring if we still have him on the ranch.

Named for a passing fancy in the summer of 2020, this little man will be anything but. He has got the goods, and pictures and accolades will follow to prove it ....

Our Mad Max is quite the strange bird. We have been doing this for 25+ years and this fleece and phenotype merge is a first for us. Here we have an indefinite fawn (gray...?) with a tuxedo and mask (gray....?) and blue chips in his eyes (gray....?) out of a gray super star stud (gray....?) and a bay black mom with a gray spot (gray....?). Wait until you get a load of this character. Better yet, wait until you see his fleece, it's a Wowser. We were a bit self conscious showing him, but we bit the bullet. We had him judge's checked at just about every show to make sure they have him where they want him that weekend, and guess what; he's shown in rose gray 8X and fawn 3X.... go figure. We are saying this boy is Rose Gray, and sticking to it!! His genetics are completely stacked; I could type until my two fingertips bled without covering all the names adequately. But the real deal is his fleece. Max always has the finest fleece in his class, and for his age, I would put him up against any alpaca regardless of color. Every judge has remarked how fine, uniform, and consistent his fleece is; and it is everywhere. We can’t wait to give him a try with some some of our gray producers in spring 2019!! Does anyone want to join us....?

KCF Macabuca is the product of two of the most pre-potent genetic lines in the industry. His dam is a CCNF Matrix Majesty granddaughter that has pushed a champion every time bred. And Macabuca's sire is Beethoven's Dorian, the maker of extreme quality at every turn. We waited several years to choose and use our Dorian breeding so that our Majesty was available - and boy it didn't disappoint! Macabuca is exhibiting everything that we are looking for at Kendall Creek. His phenotype is a given, 'spot-on". The fleece is very bright and uniform throughout the body, indicative of the fineness that will take him far into the future her at KCF. The coverage and density are bountiful, and we certainly feel he has the goods for a long and meaningful breeding career. Can you tell we are excited about this one....? When he made his first trip off the farm, he faired pretty darn well during the 2022 show season. Bested only by a CCNF boy at the 2022 double show in Syracuse, we (and the judges) feel he held his own and then some. Both judges commented that Macabuca and the first place boy were virtually identical in their fleece characteristics, and we love that comparison! 2023 has brought more of the same, with Macabuca holding on to spots in the top half of his classes. He is of course in tough company in some of fawn the classes where he was forced to show; his 'light brown' fleece is at a slight disadvantage to some of those true fawns. We will work on that color checking with them in the future.... As you can see from the length of time that we have kept Macabuca on our show string, we have always thought very highly of this boy, and he has proven us right. At last show of his career, Macabuca got his just reward, a Reserve Championship at the 2024 MAPACA Jubilee at the age of 32 months. Can you say lasting fineness.... So proud of this male!! We are so pleased to announce the sale of Maverik to Tuckahoe Treasures Alpaca Farm in Denton, MD! Glenn, Elaine, and Jeff have made a fantastic choice and we know the Maverik will be making some outstanding offspring for them. Although TTAF has sole interest in the purchase, Maverik will be standing stud at Kendall Creek Farms in Bradford, PA full time for the next several years. Having won his class 12 of the 15 times he has shown at halter, it's obvious that Maverik is one of the top rose gray males in the Eastern US. Stryker is the maternal brother of KCF Isidoro and is a Zagato son. This little guy is absolutely the most dense cria on the farm since Isidoro, and quite possibly a degree more. More to come on this young man in the near future.... Update April 2019: Stryker wins Best Bred and Owned Championship at the MAPACA Gala and first place in the same Jubilee competition, age - 8 months old!! On his way to a great career, we believe he is maturing well....

Ay Caramba!!!! Those would be the first words out when we got to see this young man dry off.... With these bloodlines, Caramba's bold phenotype, and this elite fleece; you really have something here. Caramba continues mature very well and is now rising above the middle of the pack among his peers in his very competitive fawn color classes. He has skin to tip crimp throughout his body, and his handle and uniformity are very strong attributes. At his last 4 shows, each of the judges have made the comment that he was either the finest or equal to the finest boy in the class, and the most uniform regardless. These are powerful comments!! Caramba is going to make a great addition to a farm wanting to save on those breeding fees, all while making improvements to many a female....

Well, we knew we had a name for this young boy after just a day or so when in conversation the phrase "Velvet Crushed it this time!!'" came out pretty easily. Sometimes you cross these multiple champion pairs and it really works out like it's supposed to, this is one of those times.... This young boy is off to a roaring start with his fleece, his conformation, his personality, and is just going to be the total package. At his first show, the judges agreed with our suppositions and he was able to bring home 2 banners for us out of his 3 showings. And he has continued to impress at every show thereafter. This is no surprise for us. The lineage of this boy is just amazing on both sides. The sire, Snowmass Best in Velvet, is a Futurity Champion that absolutely proven to be prepotent with champion after champion for years. And his Dam, KCF Isla Saona, is our 11 time champion brown girl from lines with dozens of championships as well. 3 of 4 of Isla's offspring have been spectacular, and all those are champions. This boy has got the goods in spades.... After we get him with a few girls of ours this spring, we will be accepting 5 breedings in 2023 at $1500. Like I mentioned, "he's only headed up from there".... Update 9/22: Crushed Velvet has gone on to win an additional 5 banners (for a total of 7 during his show career). KCF and CCAP Smokin' Gun (aka Gunny - after my fav character in my FAV movie.....) is quite the looker and with good reason. His dam Smoke Ring, that we co-own with CCAP Alpacas, has been nothing short of a rock star producer for us. Every offspring of hers have been high sought and sold as a youngster, and 3 gained banners at their first shows. Gunny is following in those footsteps and has the goods that just might get him the same accolades. And what we really like is that this fawn boy has the lines that make certain he is able to cover the color spectrum when his time comes.... More soon on this one!!

Two banners by the age of 9 months at his first two shows. More coming soon on this product of 20 color championships.... This stunning black male is built like a tank!!! Broad chest, solid frame, beautiful head and oooooohhhh the fleece. The fleece exhibits a high amplitude crimp style and long staple length, and he's definitely true black. No white fibers visible. For those of you who follow color genotype you know how valuable this genotype is to a color breeder. His genotype is EEa1a2 (non-grey). Both parents are multi-champion greys. As you can see he has placed well at shows but the bottom line is we have his genetics covered here. Our 2022 cria crop was a good one, and right at the top of the pack is this spectacular rose gray male. With the white boots thing going on and our affinity for kinda flashy names, of course we went with SHAZAM!! What a fantastic combination of traits we have here from the dam and sire. Both KCF Electra and KCF Denali have just everything we are looking for in our breeding program. Fine zipper crimp (both at 12/inch), very low CV and AFD stats, and equally important; both have splendid dispositions. Electra has truly been a Rockstar for us for over a decade, not a single miss from this girl. And she really let her massive bone come through on Shazam. Denali hammered his lack of protruding primaries to the mix - and there you have it - KCF SHAZAM! The total package. Shazam has been quite impressive in his show career with now 7 RC/CC to his credit and counting. And with the competition in grays at this point, he really has held his own. Many times these days there are gray male halter classes where every entry is a champion. That was the case at the triple Showtacular in 2024 and we are thrilled to say that KCF Shazam came away with two of three banner opportunities in his pocket. And with the glowing comments concerning his disposition, fleece uniformity and fineness; We couldn't be more thrilled, and feel there are certainly more accolades to come for this boy. We are offering Shazam for sale (with a few retained breedings) due to his close relation to our existing gray line genetics. Many thanks to Fluff Honey Alpacas in Virginia for their purchase of this wonderful male!! So here we have a young up and coming male that is a CCNF Dominion son out of a KCF Isidoro daughter. I guess I could be presumptuous and just stop right there.... But alas, there is more to say, and he is just a youngster. As with all weanlings, the jury is still out on his long term prospects in the show ring and beyond, but we can say that he already has many strong attributes that are an absolute must for the future. This little man's confirmation is just spot on; bone and build is just phenomenal, the breadth of chest, a block head with perfect ear and jaw set, he really has the look.... And of the 2023 cria crop, Brody is the most dense among them, and is still near the top of the totem pole for brightness and organization. Not a bad review considering the competition which includes some REALLY sweet juvi's this year.... Well, we couldn't have been too far off with our evaluation of this young man, his show career got off to a great start in 2023. Top half placings in all of classes, and the Reserve Championship in Virginia will be just fine for KCF Brody. More accolades await this boy.... Brody is for sale along with all of the other Dominion boys, we just happen to have them covered if you know what we mean :-)....

This is a rare find indeed. Sophia is a one of a kind cross that may never be seen again. The genetics behind her are without question, some of the best in the country. Check out the certificate and see what I mean.... Sophia was a show girl for us that did a great job, but it is her offspring that have really impressed us. All have been fine just like mommy, and some with that fineness and structure in wonderful color. Sophia produced an amazing male cria in 2016 from her breeding to our Jeremiah's Indescribable; he is Indescribable Sensation, and he is just that. Sensation won his first banner at the 2017 Michigan International Alpaca Show and his second banner at the 2018 MAPACA Gala. A great Herdsire prospect that was sold to C and C Alpaca Factory. Sophia is in the Top 5% in EPD's !!!! Sophia comes with a breeding of your choice, so that you can pick her next winner!!

Well, Dominion is everything that we though he was.... Not that Nia's Sparkle needed a lot of help to produce a spectacular cria, but Dom's prepotence is just amazing at adding to every female he's put on. Even as a juvi with velcro cria tips still in place, she wins RC at halter. Summer is going to be very special indeed. Now ready to produce a 2024 cria with KCF Denali....whao.... An acquisition as a result of the MFI retirement, Bold Weapon was acquired to boost our 'dark side' program. She had produced several cria for magical that we really liked and were looking forward to getting her into our program. Her results have been absolutely spot on for us. And she is still a Top 10% EPD girl in 2021!! Her first is the remarkable Bombshell out of our Jeremiah's Indescribable. She has been a consistent winner on our show-string since she came of age, and although Bombshell was sold to Sawdust Alpacas in Nevada at the 2018 Snow Diamond Auction, we were VERY high on her. Sell the best they say.... Then a black male color champion, then a beige multiple blue ribbon winning boy, then a crazy nice brown girl that we have not been able to show due to Corona, and now another stunning brown girl out of 17X Champion KCF Isidoro....BOOM!! The hits just keep coming with this girl; she is making us look really smart :-) And for her next act, Bold Weapon was bred to CCNF Dominion, whom we co-own with CCNF. Unfortunately, this was the only breeding that took for Dominion during his practice runs of 2020, but boy are we glad this one stuck. The result is a deep brown boy much in the likeness of Dominion, and that is a very good thing. More forthcoming on this one. For Bold's 2022 cria we rotated back to Isidoro, not because we were disappointed with the Dominion cross, but Dom got a lot of girlfriends this past year and it was starting to piss Izzy off some..... He deserves this one again for sure!! The results you ask.... a beige girl that is the bomb! KCF Isidorable we will call her. Wow, dense, crimp all over, and built like a cinderblock. KCF Ethereal (Ether) is a beautiful young girl that we can't wait to see develop over the winter. She has an upright and alert presence that shows off her large and square frame. Her conformation is perfect as a juvi, and she will be a true standout in the pasture next spring. Ethereal's fleece is very fine, uniform, and consistent; and will compete very easily in light fawn although she is out of two gray parents. Her fleece structure is a high frequency, medium amplitude type that easily forms small 'matchstick' bundles. The staples have excellent length and her coverage is exceptional; she is going to be a fleece machine. Her dam is our KCF Electra, that has just been an absolute rock star in our gray program for years. KCF Star Spangled, KCF and 5C's Steel Magnolia, KCF Ella Ella, and KCF Thunderstruck are among the absolute Bombs she has dropped for us. And with Ether's top half being covered with the one and only TVA Tres Equis, we have no reason to believe that Ether will not be another gem. Tres is the sire of so many champions that I can't cover them all here, but let's just say Ether has the goods to be the best of both her parent's worlds.... and being a light fawn out of two grays makes her a very flexible girl in any program. She is going to be able to cover every color on the AOA chart for sure, but for her maiden voyage, we are going for the gray! Her service sire is KCF Denali, our stealth gray man out of Quatrain. He just put a stunning gray boy on the ground and we think he is up for a repeat performance with Ethereal.
